Orders and Payment

When you place an order for business cards, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and include shipping within the United States. Payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our website.

Orders are considered final once you approve the design proof. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Design and Proofs

We provide design services and digital proofs for your review before production begins. It is your responsibility to carefully review the proof for accuracy, including spelling, layout, and design elements. Once you approve a proof, we are not responsible for errors that were present in the approved design.

You retain ownership of your original design content, but you grant us a license to use your design solely for the purpose of producing your business cards.

Production and Delivery

Production times are estimates and begin after design approval. While we strive to meet all deadlines, production and delivery times are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including shipping delays, natural disasters, or supply chain issues.

Delivery is made to the address you provide. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your shipping information. We are not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by you.

Quality Standards

We maintain high quality standards for all our sustainable business cards. Minor variations in color, registration, and paper texture are inherent to the printing process and do not constitute defects. Acceptable tolerances are consistent with industry standards for eco-friendly printing.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our business card printing services, we do not accept returns unless there is a production error or defect. Please refer to our return policy for complete details on refunds and reprints.

Intellectual Property
