Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with your business cards. If there is a production error or quality issue with your order, we will make it right through a reprint or refund.

Eligible Returns

Returns or reprints are available in the following situations:

  • Production errors such as incorrect colors, missing elements, or poor print quality
  • Defects in materials including damaged paper stock or improper finishing
  • Incorrect quantities delivered
  • Damage during shipping that was not caused by the carrier
  • Orders that do not match the approved proof due to our error

Non-Eligible Returns

Due to the custom nature of our business card printing services, we cannot accept returns in these situations:

  • Design changes requested after proof approval
  • Spelling or content errors present in the approved proof
  • Minor color variations inherent to eco-friendly printing processes
  • Change of mind or no longer needing the business cards
  • Delays in delivery caused by incorrect shipping information you provided
  • Damage caused after delivery

Time Frame

To be eligible for a return or reprint, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please inspect your business cards promptly upon arrival and notify us immediately if there are any issues.

Return Process

If you believe your order qualifies for a return or reprint, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and describe the issue in detail
  3. Send photos of the issue if possible to help us evaluate the situation
  4. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days
  5. If approved, we will arrange a reprint or process a refund as appropriate

Reprints

For eligible quality issues, we will reprint your business cards at no additional cost. The reprint will follow our standard production timeline. We will provide a new proof if design corrections are needed, and you must approve this proof before production begins.

Refunds

If a reprint is not feasible or you prefer a refund, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refund amounts will be determined based on the nature and extent of the issue. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval.

Shipping Damage

While we package all orders carefully using biodegradable materials, damage can occasionally occur during shipping. If your business cards arrive damaged:

  • Document the damage with photos before opening the package if possible
  • Contact us immediately with photos of the damaged package and contents
  • We will work with the shipping carrier to file a claim if necessary
  • We will arrange a replacement shipment once the claim is processed

Design Proof Approval

It is essential that you carefully review your design proof before approval. Once you approve a proof, you accept responsibility for the content, spelling, and layout. We cannot offer reprints or refunds for errors that were present in the approved proof.

Please take your time reviewing the proof and contact us if you need any changes before approval.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before production begins. Once you approve the proof and production has started, cancellations are not possible. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at helpdesk@artisanfrboutiqu.world or +1 616 887 8680.

Modifications to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this return policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your order will be subject to the return policy in effect at the time of purchase.
